About us
Local Landlords Who Actually Care
Northside Rental Service LLC is a family-owned rental business serving the Anderson, Indiana community. We believe good housing starts with good relationships.
Our Story
Northside Rental Service LLC was founded with a simple goal: provide clean, well-maintained homes to good tenants at a fair price. We're not a large property management company — we're local owners who take pride in every property we rent.
We personally oversee maintenance, handle tenant concerns directly, and treat every renter the way we'd want to be treated. When something needs fixing, we don't pass you off to a call center — you deal with us directly.
What We Stand For
Well-Maintained Homes
Every property is kept in good condition. We address maintenance requests promptly and take care of our rentals year-round.
Honest Communication
No surprises. We're upfront about lease terms, expectations, and costs so you always know where you stand.
Locally Owned
We live and work in the same community as our tenants. That local connection means faster responses and genuine accountability.
Fair & Consistent
We apply the same standards to every applicant and every tenant. Respect goes both ways.
